This week is a very important for Priyanka Chopra as she not only has her film ‘Barfi!’ wherein she plays her career’s most challenging role that of an autistic girl, releasing this Friday but also the first song of her debut music album will be launched on American channel NFL Network’s event, Thursday Night Football on September 13. She tweeted a picture of the cover of her album and said, “For ur eyes only…my single cover! Say whaaaaa?”
The good news for all PC’s fans in Indian is that they will get to hear her debut song ‘In My City’ also featuring international artiste Will.i.am (from the band Black Eyed Peas), 12 hours before it opens during NFL. The song ‘In My City’, pays homage to her childhood and marks her journey from small-town girl to famous Bollywood star.
Priyanka has also gone in for an image makeover for her album. She has been sporting a new look these days. Her fringe suits her to the T abd that glittery nailpaint is a complete scene stealer!
The album has been produced by global pop star Lady Gaga’s producer RedOne. The release of the full song and accompanying video for ‘In my city’ are expected later this year.
